You will need:
- Mouth-guard (REQUIRED)
- Shorts or Sweat pants (REQUIRED)

Practice will be held twice per week on Mondays & Wednesdays until our first game; then we will go to Wednesday only.
Our first game is September 12th. Last game October 24th.
