Today's activities will include:
- Introductions
- NFL Flag Football Rules Intro
- Schedules and how to find information updates
- Required equipment (Mouth Guard)
- Coaches Rules & Expectations
- Everyone participates
- Disruptions to team activity and other players will not be tolerated.
- Please be on-time for practice and 10-15min for games.
- Parents/guardians are required to stay with the players at all times. Players are the responsibility of the parents. Practice may end early some days and coach can NOT transport or care for players before or after practice.
